CBT-Enhanced
CBT-E has been specifically developed for the treatment of eating disorders. It is based on the premise that the way in which we think and act affects the way we feel. By developing new techniques around how we think and act, we can change the way we feel.

Schema Therapy
An integrative approach based on the idea that all children have basic core needs which must be met. When these are consistently not met, negative schemas develop, feeding into unhelpful coping patterns. Schema therapy allows these to be understood and addressed.

An integrative approach which helps people develop a more compassionate stance towards themselves and others. This is primarily done through compassionate mind training, designed to transform problematic thinking patterns related to shame and self-criticism.
-
CBT-AR
A specialised form of CBT designed for those struggling with ARFID. It teaches CBT techniques to help people reach a healthy weight/nutritional state and address the underlying concerns such as sensory aversion, or the feared consequences of eating.

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy
DBT is based on CBT but is especially useful for those who feel emotions very intensely. It aims to help people understand and accept their difficult feelings, whilst at the same time learning four core skills to help cope with emotional distress in a positive way.
